Akanda Corp. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2023 (the “Form 20-F”) by the prescribed due date, as it requires additional time to gather necessary information for the preparation of such Form 20-F. The Company does, however, expect to file such report within fifteen calendar days thereof.
