Item 2.02			Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On April 25, 2024, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (the “Bank”) issued a press release to report the Bank’s financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 and to announce the Board’s declaration of a dividend. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a copy of the related press release.
