Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 25, 2024, FirstCash Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three month period ended March 31, 2024 and the Board of Directors’ declaration of a second quarter cash dividend of $0.35 per common share (the “Earnings Release”). The Earnings Release is also furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated in Item 2.02 of this Current Report by this reference.
