Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 25, 2024, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (the Bank) issued a news release announcing dividends declared and financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy of the news release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
