On April 25, 2024, Newmont Corporation, a Delaware corporation, issued a news release announcing its results and related information for its first quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this Item 2.02.
