Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 25, 2024, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (the "Bank") issued a press release reporting unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a copy of the press release.
