On April 24, 2024, Princeton Bancorp, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.30 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable May 31, 2024 to shareholders of record as of May 10, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated here by reference.
