On April 23, 2024, Western New England Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
