Explanation of Responses:

1. The original Form 4, filed on April 15, 2024, is being amended by this Form 4 amendment solely to correct an administrative error, which misreported a purchase that occurred on April 11, 2024 as a purchase of 122,238.869 shares, bringing the reporting persons ownership to a total of 186,134.681 shares, when in fact 58,343.057 shares were purchased, bringing the total number of shares owned to 122,238.869. As a result of this administrative error, the number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person following the corrected transaction reflects a reduction in the number of shares reported as beneficially owned by the reporting person by 63,895.812 shares.
