On April 19, 2024, a press release was issued announcing that the Company will release its 2024 first quarter earnings after the market closes on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 and earnings conference call will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. The release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
