Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 17, 2024, Allarity Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it had been granted an extension until May 14, 2024, to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1). A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
