Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 18, 2024 S&T Bancorp Inc. (S&T) announced by press release its earnings for the three months ended March 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
