Shareholder Meeting Notice EPR Properties’ Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on May 29, 2024 at the Company’s offices, 909 Walnut St., Suite 200, Kansas City, MO 64106, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time. Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Trustees’ recommendations. The Board of Trustees unanimously recommends a vote FOR the election of all nominees listed in Proposal 1, and FOR Proposals 2 and 3.    1. Election of Trustees:    01 – Peter C.
