TO THE STATEMENT OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ("SAI") FOR THE GLOBAL X MLP & ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE COVERED CALL ETF AND GLOBAL X S&P 500 QUALITY DIVIDEND COVERED CALL ETF

Capitalized terms and certain other terms used in this supplement, unless otherwise defined in this supplement, have the meanings assigned to them in the SAI, as applicable.
