Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 28, 2024, American Oncology Network, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
