Mosaic ImmunoEngineering, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 (the “Form 10-K”) by the prescribed deadline of 5:30 p.m. (ET) on April 1, 2024 because additional time, resources and effort are required to complete work related to the Company’s financial reporting and close procedures. The Company expects to file its Form 10-K as soon as possible, but no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date of the Form 10-K.
