Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 28, 2024, Better Home & Finance Holding Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K (this “Report”).
