The Company has a non-cancelable operating lease for office space and laboratory facilities in Salt Lake City, Utah. The term of the lease has been extended through February 28, 2024.

The Company’s rent expense was $89,000 and $86,000 for the three months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively. The Company’s rent expense was $176,000 and $170,000 for the six months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively.
