Other Events.

On February 8, 2023, Gannett Co., Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Gambling.com Group Limited (“Gambling.com Group”). Pursuant to the agreement, Gambling.com Group’s proprietary data science platform and sports betting content will be integrated across the Company’s USA TODAY network in states where sports betting has been launched. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
