On January 23, 2023, Intelligent Bio Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that it had reached a key milestone in biosensor platform development by achieving a 4x improvement in “time-to-result” to provide certain test results in under one minute.
