On May 17, 2021, a related party loaned the Company $50,000 non-interest bearing, unsecured and without repayment terms. The loan was repaid on November 8, 2021. The four controlling shareholders, as a condition of the Merger Agreement, returned, for cancellation, their 22,477,843 common restricted shares to the Company. |
