Item 5.02 — Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On December 5, 2022, Leonard M. Schiller tendered his resignation to Milestone Scientific Inc. (the “Company”) as a director of the Company. Mr. Schiller indicated that his decision to resign was not the result of a disagreement with the Company. Mr. Schiller’s resignation comes after approximately 26 years as a director of the Company. The Company thanks him for his long, dedicated service on the Board and wishes him well in his future pursuits.
