NOTE 5. LOAN FROM THIRD PARTY

The Company had advances from a third party, Jinrong Health Technology (Hainan) Co., Ltd. for working capital purpose. The loans are non-interest bearing and due on demand. As of September 30, 2022 and June 30, 2022, the outstanding loan balance was $171,522 and $143,333, respectively.
