21. Subsequent Events	21. Subsequent Events Sale of asset held for sale On September 15, 2022, the Company sold approximately two thirds of the land classified as an asset held for sale for cash proceeds of $8,694,989 (CDN $11,400,000).

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
