The Company has 75,000,000, $0.0001 par value shares of common stock authorized.
On January 5, 2021 the Company issued 2,000,000 shares of common stock to a director for consideration of $200 at $0.0001 per share.
As of February 28, 2022 the Company issued 1,235,000 shares of common stock to 32 shareholders for cash proceeds of $24,700 at $0.02 per share.
There were 3,235,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of August 31, 2022.
