Declaration of Dividend
On September 30, 2022, the manager of Jamestown Invest 1, LLC (the "Company") declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.150 per share for shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2022. The distributions are estimated to be paid prior to October 21, 2022.
