POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned officer or Director of Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company of America (the “Company”), an Arizona stock life insurance company, hereby constitutes and appoints José Ramón González, Kurt Meyers, Ralph A.
