NOTE 11 — CUSTOMER AND VENDOR CONCENTRATIONS

Customers: No customer accounted for more than 10% of the Company’s revenue for the year ended June 30, 2022. One customer accounted for 23% of the Company’s revenue for the year ended June 30, 2021.

Three customers accounted for 18%, 16% and 10% of accounts receivable at June 30, 2022. No customers accounted for more than 10% of accounts receivable at June 30, 2021.

Vendors: For the year ended June 30, 2022, the two largest vendors provided 18% and 13%, respectively, of the Company’s purchases. For the year ended June 30, 2021, the two largest vendors provided 17% and 14%, respectively, of the Company’s purchases.

At June 30, 2021, the two largest vendors accounted for 28% and 13% of the accounts payable balance. One vendor accounted for 39% of accounts payable at June 30, 2022.
