DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	NOTE 1 - DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS Nature of Business Vystar Corporation (“Vystar”, the “Company”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) is based in Worcester, Massachusetts. The Company uses patented technology to produces a line of innovative air purifiers, which destroy viruses and bacteria through the use of ultraviolet light. Vystar is also the creator and exclusive owner to produce Vytex^® Natural Rubber Latex (“NRL”) currently being used primarily in various bedding products. In addition, Vystar has a majority ownership in Murida Furniture Co., Inc. dba Rotmans Furniture (“Rotmans”), one of the largest independent furniture retailers in the U.S.
