Subsequent Events	Note 9 - Subsequent Events The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date up to August 29, 2022, the date the financial statements was available to be issued. Based upon the review, except as disclosed below, the Company did not identify any other subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the financial statements. On August 16, 2022, the Company entered into a promissory note with Mr. Tan for $200,000 (the “August Note”, together with the January Note and the March Note, collectively, the “Promissory Notes”). The Promissory Notes were non-interest bearing and payable promptly after the date on which the Company consummates an Initial Business Combination.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
