Item 8.01 Other Events.

On August 15, 2022, TOMI Environmental Solution, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market (“NASDAQ”) confirming that the Company has regained compliance with NASDAQ’s minimum bid price continuing listing requirement as set forth in Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and that the matter was now closed.
