ENSERVCO CORPORATION (the “Registrant”) was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2022 (the “Quarterly Report”) by the August 15, 2022 filing due date due to internal and external staffing issues.
