Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 5, 2022, Flywheel Advanced Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) was informed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority that the new ticker symbol of the Company is “FWFW”. The new CUSIP of the Company’s common stock is 69806B205.
The new ticker was issued in connection with the name change of the Company which was previously disclosed by the Company on a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on December 8, 2021. The name change was filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada and attached as an exhibit to the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 filed by the Company with the SEC on May 13, 2022.
As a result of the 1:100 reverse stock split of the Company’s common stock that became effective on July 14, 2022, there are currently 1,551,550 shares of common stock of the Company issued and outstanding.
