Termination of Offering

 

On July 25, 2022, Fundrise Advisors, LLC (the “Manager”) announced that it had previously determined to close the Regulation A offering of common shares of Fundrise Equity REIT, LLC (the “Company”). As of the closing of the Regulation A offering, $15,758,260 of previously qualified shares remained unsold. The Company may in the future file an offering statement on Form 1-A to qualify additional common shares for sale pursuant to Regulation A, or continue to offer its common shares pursuant to Regulation D, as determined by the Manager.
