Announces Dates of Quarterly Tender Offer

New York, July 1, 2022 – BlackRock Multi-Sector Opportunities Trust II (the “Trust”) (NASDAQ: XMSAX, CUSIP: 09258V101) today announced the Trust’s Board of Trustees has approved the Trust’s tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) with the following terms:

 

Number of Shares    5% of the Trust’s outstanding shares as of July 1, 2022
Commencement Date    July 8, 2022
Expiration Date and Time    August 9, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, unless otherwise extended
Price    Net asset value per share as of the close of the regular trading session of the New York Stock Exchange on August 9, 2022

The terms and conditions of the Tender Offer will be set forth in an Offer to Purchase, a related Tender Request Form, and related documents. As soon as the Tender Offer commences, the Trust will file a Tender Offer statement on Schedule TO with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), which will include an Offer to Purchase and related Tender Request Form.
