(c) Appointment of Chairman of the Registrant’s Board of Directors
On June 24, 2022, the Registrant’s Board of Directors appointed Jeffrey Davi, independent director, to serve as Chairman of the Registrant’s Board of Directors, thereby replacing Derek Taller Ph.D. as the current Chairman of Board.
