The Registrant is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 (the “10-Q”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense due to the Covid-19 pandemic resulting in uncertainties existing in Hong Kong. The Registrant will file the 10-Q on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2022, the Company generated net income of approximately $1,281 as compared to $193,376 for the same period ended March 31, 2021. The cost of revenue was approximately $0 and $34,371 for the quarters ended March 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively. The Company also incurred operating expenses of approximately $85,233 for the quarter ended March 31, 2022, as compared to $38,853 for the same period ended March 31, 2021. For the quarters ended March 31, 2022 and 2021, other income was approximately $0 and $0, respectively. This resulted in a net loss of approximately $83,952 and a net income of approximately $107,312 for the quarters ended March 31, 2022, and 2021 respectively.
