On December 7, 2020, Eastern Bankshares, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (the “Company”), and the holding company for Eastern Bank (“Bank”), posted a presentation in the “Presentations” section of the Company’s investor relations website at investor.easternbank.com. The presentation updates the Bank’s progress in reducing customer loan modifications related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
