Item 5.02   Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

 

On September 16, 2014, Mathai Mammen, M.D., Ph.D. indicated that he will be resigning as Senior Vice President, Research and Development of Theravance, Inc. (the “Company”) effective September 30, 2014 in connection with his commencement of employment with Theravance Biopharma US, Inc.

 

On September 17, 2014, Leonard M. Blum indicated that he will be resigning as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of the Company effective September 30, 2014 in connection with his commencement of employment with Theravance Biopharma US, Inc.
