2. The price reported in Table 1, Column 4 reflects the weighted average per share sale price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $13.54 to $13.60 per share. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range.
3. Shares acquired through option exercise and sold pursuant to Mr. Carrozza's 10b5-1 Plan executed March 7, 2013
4. The price reported in Table 1, Column 4 reflects the weighted average per share sale price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $13.54 to $13.66 per share. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range.
5. Non-Qualified Stock Option grant. The shares vest and become exercisable in a series of forty-eight (48) successive equal monthly installments measured from the grant date of August 11, 2009.
6. Non-Qualified Stock Option Grant. 25% of the shares vest one year from hire date; the balance of the shares vest and become exercisable in a series of twelve (12) successive equal quarterly installments measured from the first anniversary of hire date of February 25, 2008.
